Supplemental Health Care’s New Web Site Honored Twice
Supplemental Health Care’s web site recently earned its place as an Official Honoree at the 16th annual Webby Awards and as a finalist in the 2012 Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association (AiMA) Awards.
“Cool Blue would like to offer our warmest congratulations to Supplemental Health Care on the success of their web site,” says Cool Blue interactive President Bo Simmons. “From the very beginning, we knew we had a challenging and exciting project ahead of us as part of an exceptional partnership.”
One of ten honorees in the Webby’s “Employment” category, Supplemental Health Care was chosen out of nearly 10,000 total entries from around the world – only the top 15 percent of which are designated as Official Honorees in their respective categories.
At the 2012 AiMA Awards, Supplemental Health Care was nominated for “Most Effective Use of a Website” and stood among only three finalists in the category and 24 overall finalists.
“The main challenges in this project were an outdated web presence and poor user experience,” Simmons says. “We revamped the site’s content management system and elevated the online brand while streamlining the user experience. In less than six months, Supplemental Health Care’s improved web site was ready for launch.”
Presented by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, the Webby Awards were created in 1996 and now honor excellence in more than 100 categories.
The AiMA Awards are designed to recognize Atlanta’s interactive marketing leaders by saluting individuals and companies that demonstrate thought leadership, superior execution and innovation throughout the year.
