Associate Digital Project Manager


  • Minimum 1 year Interactive project management experience.
  • Take personal responsibility to complete high quality projects on time and on budget.
  • Proactively investigate client needs and balance with what is best for the agency.
  • Makes independent decisions with regard to their specific job duties. Seeks guidance on decisions outside work scope.
  • Create bi-weekly status reports for all projects managed.
  • Translate between non-technical clients and technical developers.
  • Assist in the development of accurate and detailed project plans for a variety of projects.
  • Support new business efforts through coordination of planning / brainstorming sessions for new projects / accounts and participate in the development of new ideas / programs.
  • Stay abreast of trends and current events in new media and usability industries.
  • Ability to work with tight and aggressive deadlines.
  • Basic background knowledge of Web front-end (e.g. site usability and look / feel) and back-end (e.g. programming and hosting) practices is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal and external clients.
  • Organized and detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs across projects / clients.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

  • Skilled in using project management applications (ex. JIRA).
  • Translate interactive strategy and brand requirements to actionable concepts.
  • Familiarity with programming and design processes.
  • Familiarity with basic elements of marketing (i.e. media, interactive, relationship marketing, promotions, advertising and merchandising)
