Account Coordinator

Description: This essential position within our company allows for tremendous growth and learning opportunities by touching all aspects of a digital agency. He or she is expected to directly support the President, Studio Director and the Account Services team. This role can lead to a future position on the account services team or a specialized area of the agency.

Required Experience: Extensive use of Web, email, social Media and MS Office is a must. Exemplary phone and client handling abilities are a must including excellent written and oral skills.

Preferred Experience: Experience in Visio, Photoshop, QuickBooks,, content management systems like Word Press, Drupal or DNN, and/or writing experience has definite value. Work experience marketing through the web, email or social media channels is also a big plus, as is experience/knowledge of Google analytics and search engine optimization.

Important Attributes: Good communication, flexibility and time management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task are imperative. The candidate must be well organized and provide tangible examples of their organizational abilities and successes.

Primary Responsibilities: Once the candidate is familiar with Cool Blue's services and processes, they will assist with documenting proposals, estimates, and inbound prospect calls. He/she will participate in client meetings and project discovery sessions. They will manage and facilitate day to day functions of the office including general phone reception, meeting scheduling, as well as updating client status reports on a regular basis. They will assist with other regular operational efforts of the business including document creation/maintenance and internal marketing efforts.
