Cool Blue Interactive is pleased to announce their new sponsorship of Drupal Camp Atlanta that will be hosted by the Atlanta Drupal User Group (ADUG).

This years Drupal Camp will be an intensive, one-day event on Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 from 8am to 5pm at the Georgia Tech Research Institute. There will an after hours party from 6pm to 9pm to promote networking among Drupal users. During the camp there will be 25+ high-quality sessions over 4 diverse tracks. The camp will start with a high-profile morning keynote speaker. The camp is considered the largest Drupal even in the South East USA with 225 attendees.

Drupal is a content management system (CMS) that allows an individual, a community of users, or an enterprise to easily publish, manage and organize a wide variety of content on a website. Drupal is open-source software distributed under the General Public Liscence (GPL) and is maintained and developed by a community of thousands of users and developers.

ADUG has a mission to promote participation, collaboration and information sharing among members, providing a vibrant interactive environment where members can collectively discuss ideas, solve problems and share best practices for Drupal development.

Cool Blue uses Drupal as one of our content management systems due to its facility to provide our clients the control and ability to manage their sites without having to understand major web development or pay hefty license fees due to the GPL that Drupal is distributed under.

By becoming a sponsor of Drupal Camp Atlanta, Cool Blue has made the commitment to help build and promote the Drupal Users Group here in the Southeast, therefore benefiting both the developers and users of Drupal.
