Cousins Properties
The Challenge
Atlanta based real estate investment trust, Cousins Properties Incorporated, manages and invests in office towers and developments across the Southeast markets. In 2010 Cool Blue had the opportunity to develop and design the Cousins corporate site bringing awareness to the breadth of Cousins' services and direction for contacting the company.
Four years later, Cousins Properties was going in a new direction. They needed an informative site that centered on their expanding core markets and investment properties. Not only was it time for a modern visual design, but also for a system-wide developmental update.
The Goal
The goal was to redesign the Cousins Properties website with the end-user in mind. The site needed greater usability, responsive deign, and consideration for the mobile end-user, who accounts for nearly 1 out of every 3 site visitors.
The Results

The website now utilizes a fully integrated Drupal 7 CMS with cutting edge Responsive Web Design and custom PHP coding. The new design is eye-catching and modern.
