We’ll document the plan of action in the Project Specification, which will detail:

- Functional and Technical Specifications
- Hosting Plan
- Site Updates and Maintenance Plan
- Project Cost
Cool Blue will continue to update the Project Specification to reflect refinements during the production phase. The final version of the “Project Spec” will serve as your Web site blueprint, preserving technical and content details vital for site management and future growth.
The project now moves to the Create Phase, where we turn the blueprint into a working site.
