Cool Blue Approach

Before we craft a detailed project plan, we work with you to understand, refine, and then define your Web site goals.
Driving this discovery process are stakeholder interviews which help us identify the following:
-
Business Requirements:
How does the Web fit into your overall strategic plan? -
Creative Requirements:
Will the Web site extend or enhance your brand? -
Technical Requirements:
What functionality will the site feature? -
Marketing Requirements:
How will you drive users to the Web site?
Gaining a deeper understanding of your organization and your online objectives will shape the first deliverable—the project brief—which (1) summarizes the findings of the discovery phase and the project’s objectives, (2) outlines the project timetable, and (3) provides an estimate of the project cost.
With acceptance of the brief, we move to the Define Phase
